I'll consider my knuckles firmly rapped. Started to watch this film many years ago and got spooked by it. Since then I've kind of viewed it as a grim cultural duty that I must get around to someday (but never have). Anyway, your post has given me the incentive to re-investigate it. Hope to do it sometime this month.
